If someone you know is turning 21, then it's definitely time for a big celebration! But what sort of things is there to do for a 21st birthday? There are heaps of ideas to consider when making the day a special one for the birthday boy or girl. What are you going to do on their actual birthday? What are some present ideas? On The Day
Do something memorable, you only turn 21 once after all. If they are the adventurous sort, maybe get them an adventure pack of some kind, it might include sky diving or hang gliding for example, something to really get their young heart going. Or maybe take them somewhere they’ve been wanting to go for ages perhaps, but make it a complete surprise! Whatever it is you organize for the day, do take them out for breakfast lunch or dinner, your shout too of course.
Present Ideas
When thinking of 21st birthday gifts, try and make the item something worthwhile that will last. Engravings can be a nice thing to do, as they will always remember what day they were given it and they can become very sentimental. Or what about a beautiful wallet, an engraved wine cask, or even a piece of original art work (if they’re into that sort of thing). You could even buy them lessons in something they’ve wanted to learn for a while (guitar perhaps, or flying a plane). Here is another idea, do something a little different and pay for their gym membership for a year!

The first thing to decide is whether it will be a SURPRISE party or not, as that will take a lot more organization on your part. Make it a special event, and invite all of their friends and family. You could theme the party for a bit of extra fun, maybe make it a costume party with a dedicated theme like 70’s, or pop and rock star, or even favorite characters from films. Anything that strikes your fancy. Think about what he likes to watch on TV or what films he enjoys, do any costume ideas spring to mind?
